Offices and Receptions

Office and reception display systems

Reception areas can benefit from a clear, understated way to present visitor information, notices, welcome messages and printed literature. Suspended cable displays provide a flexible alternative to bulky frames, with poster pockets that can be updated as information changes.

Choosing the right option

• Use the viewing distance and amount of information to determine the appropriate poster size.
• Choose mounting points that do not obstruct doors, access routes or reception activity.
• For visitor leaflets, compare dedicated leaflet dispenser kits with poster-only systems.
• Consider portrait versus landscape pockets before preparing notices or branding.
